We designed Hastings Lounge around how a real visit unfolds: arrive with a scannable pass, check what’s on, request express services, earn points, and message concierge when you need a hand — all from one dark, gold-edged experience that matches the floor.
Accounts and preferences stay on your device. You can browse as a guest, register for an inactive profile until the front desk activates your stay, or use the demo path to explore the full active experience.
