Hastings Lounge is built with privacy as a core principle. The app is designed so that account details, preferences, and stay data remain on your device rather than on a live collection server operated by us.
1. What the App Stores Locally
To provide core features, Hastings Lounge may store the following on your iPhone only:
- Local account credentials and display name (if you sign up or sign in)
- Appearance and pass display preferences
- Stay preferences (for example climate, pillow, dietary, housekeeping)
- RSVPs, reservations, rewards state, and similar session data used by the app
This information is not transmitted to a live Hastings Lounge backend. Mutating actions may show a simulated pending state for product experience only.
2. No Remote Personal Data Collection
HASTINGS LOUNGE LTD does not operate a live service that collects, stores, or sells your personal information from the app. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs inside the app to track your behavior.
3. Optional Support Messages
If you contact us by email or use in-app support, you choose what to send (such as a message and optional photo). We use that information only to respond to your request and then handle it according to ordinary support practices.

The marketing website at hastingsloungecasinoconcierge.com may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for basic operation and preference storage (for example cookie-consent choice). See our Cookie Policy.
5. Suitable Age
The app is intended for users aged 13 and above in a hospitality context. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Security and Your Control
Local data remains under your control on your device. You may delete a regular account from within the app (subject to in-app rules for demo and guest modes), which clears associated local data. Uninstalling the app removes app-stored data from the device according to iOS behavior.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The latest version will be available on this page and may be reflected in the app or App Store listing. Continued use after an update implies acceptance of the revised policy.
