1. App Usage
Hastings Lounge is a lifestyle and hospitality companion for iPhone. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
- Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from HASTINGS LOUNGE LTD.
- Disrupt, disable, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems.
- Misrepresent your identity or misuse demo credentials in a way that harms others.
2. Intellectual Property
All assets within the App — including visuals, text, branding, and design elements — are owned or properly licensed by HASTINGS LOUNGE LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works.
3. Accounts and Local Data
The App may allow guest browsing, local sign-up, and demo sign-in. Account and preference data are stored locally on your device. The App does not require a paid subscription. For details on information handling, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Hospitality Content Disclaimer
Events, venues, rewards, and service flows shown in the App are for guest convenience and product experience. Availability, pricing, and real-world services at a property may differ. Always confirm important arrangements with venue staff when required.
5. Suitable Age
The App is appropriate for users aged 13+. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission where required.
6. No Guarantees
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, continuous availability, or that simulated pending states reflect a live hotel system. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HASTINGS LOUNGE LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
8. Changes and Updates
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
